Does my VIP Package include a ticket to the show or event?

Unless otherwise specified by your artist, your VIP package does not include a general admission ticket and must be purchased separately.

Where can I find my purchased tickets?

Login to your Veeps account, click on the "My Tickets" button, and you will find all your purchased tickets.

When I click ‘View Tickets’ why am I getting the 404 error?

It is because when you purchased the ticket, you are supposed to fill out your name, phone number and email.

Please login to your account, click on the home button, then the event, then fill out the required info and click save, then click view tickets.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. If the event is cancelled and NOT rescheduled, we will then issue refunds. If the event is rescheduled tickets are non-refundable.

What is my confirmation for my tickets?

Your confirmation for your ticket is your email confirmation. Your confirmation number is on your ticket, below your barcode.

What if I didn’t get an email confirmation?

Check your spam/junk folder. Re-login to your Veeps account and in your purchase history, make sure your ticket contact info is correct.

Can I change the name on a ticket?

Yes. Simply sign into your Veeps account, click on the "My Tickets" button, then click on your event, and there you will see the option to edit names. Just remember to hit ‘save.’

How do I opt out of receiving emails and/or texts from my artist?

For emails your can unsubscribe at the bottom of all email transmissions. For texts, simply reply STOP. You cannot re-enroll to emails and texts from your artists once you have unsubscribed.

Who do I contact if I need special assistance or have a caretaker coming to the show or event with me?

Please contact your artist directly for all special requests. Their contact email is at the bottom of their Veeps page.

If my parent comes with me to the VIP to chaperone, but not to participate, do they still need a VIP ticket too?

How can I change which email and phone number I am being contacted at?

Sign into your Veeps account, click on the ‘home’ button, then click on your event, and there you will see the option to phone numbers and emails. Just remember to hit ‘save.’

What is Veeps?

Veeps is a custom VIP packaging platform, making it easy to manage for artists and teams. The platform also offers communication tools so that artists can engage directly with their most valuable fans by text or email.

How much does Veeps cost?

Veeps does not commission, so artists keep 100% of their income. No setup fees, no processing fees to the artist, nothing. Own 100% of your VIP business, not just a fraction of it.

How does Veeps make money?

a 15% service fee for each package sold.

How does Veeps verify artists?

To create an account, artists must connect with Twitter to be verified.

What are the requirements for creating a VIP package?

Artists can create as many VIP packages as they want at no cost. VIP packages can be applied to single events or across multiple dates within a tour.

Can VIP packages include tickets to a show or event?

If an artist wishes to include ticketing to an event as part of a VIP package, then the artist’s agent must advance the ticket. When creating the VIP package, the artist must add a note that the VIP package includes a ticket, otherwise users will be notified that they must purchase a ticket to the event separately.

How does an artist get paid from sales on Veeps?

Artists are able to connect a bank account on the management dashboard and can choose to cash out after each event or at the end of each tour.

How do Veeps messaging tools work?

Veeps has a mission to bring artists closer to their fans. Veeps offers a free messaging service and communication management platform for artists and managers to connect with fans who buy VIP tickets on Veeps. These messages can be sent in the form of email and/or text and can include a photo.
